The Co-operative Bank wanted to test their knowledge and understanding of their customers. We were asked to create an integrated campaign that led from an unbranded direct mail piece that carried a personalised URL. This led to a microsite, which was also unbranded until the final page reveal. The whole campaign was tracked and run by our dialogue engine system. We created the campaign, designed the mail piece, designed and built the microsite, processed their data and produced and ran campaign reports.
